CyberCafePro 6.0 Main Control Station

In the past CyberCafePro used to be free to use only during the 45-day trial period. During this time you had to content with the fact that the software was limited to 1 control station and 2 clients. Once the trial period expired, you had to pay to keep using CyberCafePro – which wasn’t exactly cheap. The license could go up to about $1500.

As of February 2010, CyberCafePro version 6.0 has been released free of charge to cyber café owners and public access computing managers. The software provides support for 3 languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese. According to OneRoof, the company behind the software application, support for Turkish will be added soon.

Founded back in 2005, OneRoof is a “social enterprise seeking to do good and do well offering its services to public-access computing managers and consumers worldwide. The company devotes a percentage of its profits to “organizations and nonprofit initiatives that support the extension of public access computing globally.”

CyberCafePro is the company’s main product. This application is a complete internet cafe software and gaming cafe manager. Please note that there are two parts to CyberCafePro. There’s CyberCafePro Main Control Station, which weighs in at some 10MB. After you download and install the Main Control Station software, then you can download and install CyberCafePro Client. The software developed by OneRoof works with all versions of the Microsoft-developed Windows operating system (this includes XP, Vista and Windows 7).

Once you have CyberCafePro you will find out that managing your internet café is a breeze. The software easily with any receipt printer, cash drawer and barcode scanner. It provides timing, security, and administration features, and it focuses on ease of use. The user interface is incredibly simple to use.

CyberCafePro is a business application that is perfectly suited for the internet café owner. Now it is provided free of charge. Need I say more?
